Agnete Slipover is a modern and timeless vest with a slightly oversized fit and fine details that make it both elegant and versatile in a year-round wardrobe. The slipover is knitted in either Karisma from Drops (50 g = approx. 100 m) or Merino Cotton from Hjertegarn (50 g = approx. 120 m). Karisma is a 100% wool yarn that is both durable and soft, while Merino Cotton is a lovely blend of merino wool and cotton — perfect for those who prefer a lighter and more breathable garment. Choose the yarn that best suits your needs and the season.
Yarn requirements by size:
XS & S: 300 g
M & L: 350 g
XL: 400 g
Gauge is 21 sts and 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles. A gauge swatch is recommended to ensure correct measurements. Suggested needles are 4 mm circular needles (60–100 cm) and optionally DPNs for the ribbing.
The slipover comes in five sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL, corresponding to a finished bust circumference of 85 (90) 95 (100) 110 cm, and a center-back length of 53 (55) 57 (59) 61 cm. It is designed with 5–10 cm of positive ease, meaning you should select a size that measures 5–10 cm more than your actual bust circumference. This results in a slightly loose fit without appearing too oversized.
